President Obama Condemns Paris Bombing Attacks

President Barack Obama condemned the terrorist attacks on Paris and vowed the support of the United States to support France.

"This is an attack not just on Paris, not just on the people of France.  This is an attack on humanity and the universal values we share," the President said at a new conference at the White House.

"France is our oldest ally.  The French people have stood shoulder to shoulder with the United States time and again.  We want to be very clear that we stand together with them in the fight against terrorism and extremism."
